Dr. Stephan Ebner advises listed companies and mid-sized enterprises on international legal and tax matters, with the US-German corridor as his core practice. He studied law in Germany, earned an LL.M. in American Law at Saint Louis University on a Dean's Full Scholarship, and holds a Dr. iur. from Hamburg University. Admitted to the New York Bar and approved as a Notary Public in the State of New York, he is currently in the admission process as a Foreign Legal Affairs Attorney in Taiwan.

## Academic background.

**2003** — A-levels, valedictorian.

**2003–2011** — Law studies at the universities of Erlangen-Nuremberg, Osnabrück and Hamburg. First State Exam. Master's degrees in Commercial Criminal Law and in Finance/Tax.

**2012–2013** — LL.M. in American Law, Saint Louis University School of Law, on a Dean's Full Scholarship. Research Assistant.

**2016** — Dr. iur. (Ph.D.), Hamburg University.
