## Expert interview on M&A with Dr. Ebner

On November 27, 2025, Dr. Ebner had the honor of being interviewed as an experienced expert as part of a master’s thesis project on the topic of M&A. The master’s thesis is currently being written at the [Baden-Württemberg Cooperative State University](https://www.mannheim.dhbw.de).

General questions were asked about M&A practice, particularly in the area of cross-border transactions. We are always happy to participate in academic discourse, even as practitioners. In addition to regular training, we as a law firm try to respond positively to requests such as participating in an expert interview on M&A.
